Septic installation, permits and inspection handled end to end

Full septic system installation from applications and permits through final inspection and coverup. One licensed company is responsible for the whole job — not a subcontractor chain where nobody owns the outcome.

Why homeowners and builders hand us the whole install

Licensed and certified

Master plumber MP0001301 and on-site sewage facility license OS0003120, fully insured.

Permits are our paperwork

We prepare the applications and coordinate with the permitting authority so your timeline doesn't stall.

Sized for your property

Capacity and spray-field layout are matched to the soil, lot and household — not copied from the last job.

Explained before it's buried

We walk the system with you at coverup so you know where every lid, head and breaker is.

Our installation process

Five stages, in order, with a conversation at each one. You always know what's next and what it costs.

  1. Site visit and system design

We look at the lot, the soil, the water lines, the house plan and the household size, then design a system that will actually work on your property — and price it in writing.

  2. Applications and permits

We prepare and submit the application package and handle the back-and-forth with the permitting authority until the permit is issued.

  3. Installation

Excavation, tank set, plumbing and effluent lines, aerator, chlorinator, control panel wiring, pump and spray heads — installed with quality components rather than whatever is cheapest that week.

  4. Final inspection

We test the system under load, confirm the controls and alarm behave correctly, and meet the inspection requirements before anything gets closed up.

  5. Coverup and owner walkthrough

Backfill and grading, then a walkthrough: where the components are, what the alarm means, what to keep off the spray field, and how maintenance works from here.

We talk about maintenance before we install, not after

An aerobic system is mechanical: a motor, a pump, floats and a disinfection stage. Knowing the care schedule on day one is what keeps a new system out of emergency-repair territory in year three.

Before the trench is closed, you'll know what gets inspected, how often, what it costs, and which habits shorten component life.

Your next step after install

New systems move straight into a maintenance schedule. We keep it simple with Auto-Tracts online contracts — 100% paperless renewal starting at $22/month with secure payment options.
